1. WHO WE ARE

Broadside Code ("we," "us," "our") operates OddsMap, Prodder, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Not a betting, trading, or investment service. Not a forecasting tool. Not a venue.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to operate our Services:

• Embed loads. When an OddsMap embed is loaded, we log the timestamp, referrer domain, and embed token used. No personal information is captured from embed viewers.
• Tenant data. If you register for an embed token, we store your email address, organization name, allowed domains, and tier level.
• Feature requests and votes. If you submit feedback, we store the content of your submission and any associated identifier.
• Email addresses. If you subscribe to updates or request access, we store your email address.
• Usage analytics. We may use privacy friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible or Umami) to track page views, referrer domains, and country level geographic data. No personal identifiers are collected by these tools.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not use tracking cookies or third party advertising pixels
• We do not collect payment card information directly (payments are processed by Stripe)
• We do not collect or store passwords (authentication uses token based access)
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To operate and improve our Services
• To manage your account and embed access
• To send product updates and deployment alerts (if you opted in)
• To respond to support inquiries
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse

5. NO AI TRAINING OR MODEL DEVELOPMENT USE WITHOUT RIGHTS

Broadside Code does not use third party source data, source content, or public source records for AI training, model training, fine tuning, embeddings, dataset creation, or derived model development unless those uses are separately licensed or explicitly authorized. This does not restrict ordinary service analytics, security logging, abuse prevention, reliability monitoring, or support operations.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Data is stored on secured infrastructure hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). We use local application databases with operational backup and replication controls where needed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit.

7. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third party services:

• AWS Lightsail. Infrastructure hosting.
• Managed backup and replication services. Operational data resilience where needed.
• Stripe. Payment processing for paid tiers.
• Let's Encrypt. SSL certificate management.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Services. Embed load logs are retained for operational monitoring. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
